There’s nothing better than a fall apple dessert recipe. They’re always the perfect way to celebrate the season, especially after a trip to the local apple orchard. The first apple recipe I make each season is this Baked Apple Crisp. The sweet crumble topping with warm apples is Ah-mazing. I serve it over vanilla ice cream and drizzle some caramel syrup. You can’t go wrong with this dessert recipe.

If you’re a fan of bigger crunch, you can always add some chopped pecan pieces to the crumble topping. Just throw them into the mix and it’ll bake the same exact way. However, this version is nut-free and a more crumbly version than with nuts.
Looking to re-heat? I store any leftovers in the same dish as it’s baked in, with plastic wrap over the top, in the refrigerator. Just reheat the portion that you’ll be serving for a few minutes in the microwave on high. Serve again with fresh ice cream and syrup.
