This is one of the recipes that my kids are always begging me to make! We love this Monster Cookie Dip Recipe. Make it for a movie night, bring it to pot lucks and serve it as a dessert for parties. It’s so easy and you don’t have to bake or worry about anything burning. It’s a one-bowl dessert that you just beat all of the ingredients together.

The best part of making a dessert like this one is that you can make a big batch without much effort. There’s no waiting around the oven or making sure something doesn’t burn over the stovetop. I just get out and my KitchenAid 9-Speed Hand Mixer and put it to work.
Kids love this Monster Cookie Dip recipe too. It works across the board for all ages. That’s why it’s so great for parties. I serve it with grid pretzels, but vanilla wafers work as well. They even make little dessert sandwiches with the grid pretzels!
Making this dessert dip for a special occasion? Add some special color M&M candy to it, so it matches your occasion. If it’s Christmastime, use the red and green M&M’s. Or maybe your favorite team colors. You can also shape the dip into football too, if you want to serve it for a Super Bowl party.

In a medium bowl, add the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and confectioner’s sugar.

Beat together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, confectioners sugar and salt until creamy.

Beat in the quick oats, M&M’s and chocolate chips.

Add to a serving bowl and serve with pretzels. You can also serve it with vanilla wafers as well. Place any leftovers in an air-tight container and refrigerate. You can thaw again before serving.
