If you’ve never tried Rosa Regale, it’s a sweet sparkling red wine that has notes of berry and rose. It’s effervescent effect is exactly like a traditional champagne, but it has the beautiful red color. It’s a Walt Disney World wine (served at the California Grille) and I fell in love with the flavor. While I drink it on it’s own, here is a way to jazz it up as a Valentines Day Cocktail.
This recipe only takes a few minutes to make. You really can’t make it ahead of time for a party because it’s effervescent. You want to make it immediately before your guests arrive, so it stays nice and bubbly as you serve it. Just prep your champagne glasses ahead of time.
It’s got a great fruity and sweet flavor that’s perfect for Valentines Day too!

Sweet & Sparkling Punch: An Easy Valentines Day Cocktail
What you’ll need: a large pitcher, fresh frozen strawberries, fresh orange, Grand Marnier liqueur, Rosa Regale and a can of lime sparkling water. In a large pitcher, dump 1lb of fresh frozen strawberries in the bottom.

Pour 1 bottle of Rosa Regale on top of the fresh frozen strawberries.

Add three shots of Grand Marnier and sliced fresh orange pieces.

Add 1 can of Lime LaCroix Sparkling Water.

Gently mix the sparkling punch together with a wooden spoon or spatula. To make the rimmed glasses, pour 1/4 cup of Valentines Day sprinkles on a flat dish (I used heart sprinkles). Dip the tip of the champagne flute is a tiny amount of light corn syrup. Roll the rim of the flute in the sprinkles.

Pour your Valentines Day Cocktail punch into each champagne flute and serve immediately.
