As the cool months roll in, I always go back to easy one-pot dinners that come together quickly. This Chicken and Orzo Stew recipe is so comforting and delicious. You’ve got to try it!
After I made my Ham & Asparagus One Pot Pasta recipe, I had to find some more one-pot ideas. That’s how this Chicken and Orzo Stew came to life. If you’ve never tried a one-pot recipe, you’re missing out. Clean up is a breeze and we always have leftovers – thanks to the bigger portions.
My kids think this recipe is great. It’s not spicy and has a robust chicken broth flavor that soaks into the pasta. Plus, it’s an easy pasta that they can enjoy with a spoon. I’m making this recipe throughout the fall and winter season, because they love it so much. You know when they ask for it again, that you’ve got a real winner of a recipe!
